Returns

You are welcome to return any item ordered within 15 days of delivery to get the refund if the item is unworn and in new condition, with all tags and/or packaging attached. Footwear must be returned in the original packaging.

Exchanges are not allowed for a correct tracking of the articles. It is possible to place another order for the correct item or size while waiting for the refund or a return, as preferred.

Shipping costs are always on the client for wrong purchase.
Online purchases cannot be exchanged or returned in store and vice versa.

All returns must be authorized via email, to request your return please send a message to support@urbanjunglestore.com providing your name and your order confirmation number or call us at (+39) 081 1904 56 62 between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

Returns will be refunded with the same payment method used while placing the order within 3 business days from delivery.
