Shipping

Within 24 hours from the despatch you will receive an automatic notification with the details to track your order. If you don’t receive it, please also check the spam folder of your inbox before contacting Urban Jungle. Orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping time and costs.

Domestic orders (Italy) will be delivered by DHL Express in 3/5 working days, the cost is of 6.50 euros for orders under €100. Free shipping will be applied to orders over €100.

International orders will be delivered by DHL Express, and the delivery time depends on the destination but usually do not exceed 5/7 working days, the cost starts at €15 for orders under 200 euros. Free shipping will be applied to order over €200 (islands and remote areas excluded) 

 Delays might happen for reasons outside our control. Urban Jungle is not responsible for delays or damages caused by couriers or customs. 

Christmas Deliveries: we don't guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders placed after 12pm on Thursday, December 19th. 
We'll do our best to ship all orders immediately and we won't be responsible for any delay caused by courier partners.
